Discover the Cinque Terre
Experience the land between the sea and the sky
The Cinque Terre are five small wonderful boroughs (once called “lands”, “terre” in Italian), nestled in the rough east Ligurian coastline. Their names are: Monterosso al Mare, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola and Riomaggiore.
Because of the distinctive traits of this area and the beauty of the villages, the Cinque Terre are considered one of the most picturesque coastlines in Italy. The whole region is a protected National Park and, since 1997, one of UNESCO’s World Heritage Sites.
There’s plenty to do in this magical places! You can visit the boroughs, swim in the crystal clear sea, hike the trails that run across the National Park, visit the wineries and learn everything about local wines or try the tasty food specialties...pick your favourite and start your adventure!
